"Answer me, O LORD, answer me,
that this people may know that You, O LORD, are God,
and that You have turned their heart back again." ~ 1 Kings 18.37

Dear saints,

For some reason, when events and needs pile up like so many impossible obstacles, God reminds me of Elijah and his 12 buckets of water (1 Kings 18). If yesterday was impossible when the sacrifice lay dead and dry, and today we are beyond impossible with a soaking wet sacrifice, then praise God! He has seen a willingness in your heart to endure with Him for an extra measure of glory to His Name. When His fire falls, the sacrifice is consumed, and the water in the trenches is licked up by the flames, it will be perfectly timed for the greatest and most profitable effect.

If you are willing to hang on just a little longer, remain faithful, repent of any complaining, keep your eyes on Jesus, it will be worth it all when He shows up!

God's answers to our prayers are not unbelievable; they are simply beyond belief:
Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly
beyond all that we ask or think,
according to the power that works within us,
to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus
to all generations forever and ever. Amen.
~ Ephesians 3:20-21

OK, here's today's reminder to pray for the Kingdom of God to flood this city. Pray without limits; God is our glorious Creator and wants to show us great and mighty things that we have no clue about.
